Good Faith Estimate
Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, healthcare providers and facilities are required to provide individuals who are uninsured, not using insurance for their care, or not planning to submit a claim to their insurance plan with a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for scheduled healthcare services.
At Sofia M. Lynn, we are committed to providing transparency about the cost of therapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate that explains the expected cost of your care before beginning services.

- You may request a Good Faith Estimate at any time before scheduling therapy services.
